The club owned a freehold lease of ground valued at Rs.20,000. The club had sports equipment on 1st January, 2022 valued at Rs. 2600. At the end of the year, after depreciation, the balance of equipment amounted to Rs.3,600. In 2021, the club raised a bank loan of Rs.5,000, This was outstanding throughout 2022. On 31st Decemher, 2022 cash in hand amounted to Rs.1600.You are required to prepare :
